FORT HILL College has launched a magazine to
mark the school's 50th anniversary.
The 256 page book includes a history of the
school and other items such as the reminiscences of past pupils
and teachers, together with details of shows and trips and
sporting and musical achievements during the past five decades.
It is a fascinating insight and is set to
stir many memories for the thousands of pupils who attended this
once all girls school, through to the Integrated Co-Ed
establishment it is today. The magazine can be purchased from
school.
As they move through the academic year the
school is also planning a number of special events.
On Wednesday night past staff, pupil's and
friends were at a special evening of Christmas Music in the
Lagan Valley Island Civic Centre.
Then on Friday 30th January there will be an
Open House when the school will be open to the public during the
afternoon and evening from 3pm to 7pm.
On Thursday 21st May a Celebration Dinner is
planned in the Dunadry Hotel and Country Club.
If you are interested in attending any of the
events, please contact the school by phone on 92 663670 or Email
