Ballygowan couple John McFarlane and Lillian Nicholson were married in Castlereagh Borough Council Registry Office on Friday 15th August. John is the son of John and Margaret McFarlane of Hillsborough Road, Moneyreagh and Lillian is the daughter of the late Henry and Elizabeth Watt, Newtownards Road, Belfast. Lillian�s sister Betty Cardwell and husband Tommy represented her parents at the wedding.

In attendance were Best Man Colin Rea, Matron of Honour Catherine O�Reilly, Flower Girl Jaimee Reid and Pageboy James Glennan. The Ushers were Peter O�Reilly and John McFarlane (jnr).

The reception was held in the Ivanhoe Hotel, Carryduff. The couple honeymooned in the South of Ireland and Corfu.
